Meet the Team

Disanomi is founded and run by Sebastian Orehovacki Månsson and Ellie Stjärna. Together with independent representatives we are guiding our clients and collaborators towards a friendlier reality.

  • Co-Founder & Designer

    Born and raised in Växjö, Sweden, Sebastian is a trained designer, focusing on sustainable societal design with a particular interest in human systems and co-creative processes. He is the maker of the methodical tool called FIG and have previous experience as a freelancing artist, creative lead and entertainer. He has more than 15 years of experience in creative work, innovation and entrepreneurship. Besides running disanomi, Sebastian is pursuing a masters degree in design.

  • Co-Founder & Sociologist

    Born and raised in Växjö, Sweden, Ellie is a trained sociologist and behaviorist who is passionate about sustainable and just societies. She has previously worked in management in the public sector and is currently working as a public health developer on a regional level.

    We are always looking forward to see more people joining us as Independent Representatives (IR). As an IR you have full control of your own work, deciding your own hours and engagement, and thereby your income. You work as an independent consultant, using our tools, methods and network while adding your own clients to the mix. We guide you through every step of the way. Sound interesting?
